Campaign and Initiatives

DIA promotes security, health and safety, environment campaigns and initiatives to make the workplace healthier and safer. Great attention is taken to aquatic ecosystems and climate change, as well as the integrity of infrastructure and maritime transportation.

The Healthy Workplaces campaigns aims to raises awareness about the impact of new technologies (unmanned vehicles, robots and cobots, IoT, exoskeletons, sensors and tools) on work and workplaces and the associated occupational (civilian and military), on land and aquatic field, through documents, exibitions and events.

The Critical Infrastructures integrity and protection campaigns takes into consideration military installations and land-based energy facilities near aquatic environments, in port areas, maritime transport, Oil&Gas and Renewable Energy facilities in the Inshore and Offshore Sector through conferences and documents.

The effects of climate change are becoming more severe and DIA uses many resources to raise awareness among companies, organizations and government bodies about climate change. Through a mix of mitigation measures, procedures and guidelines, events and cofrences, it strengthens behaviors and working methods to reduce the impact on the environment.
